I purchased my SRX new in 2010. I have never taken her anywhere else for service. They still treat me the same as if I had a brand new Cadillac. I trust my service advisor to perform whatever work is necessary.

Marital was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing. Then she let me know that they had the car of my dreams available, the CT6 premium luxury addition. I was sold when I saw the car!
