Trent Cross was awesome. I was a bit disappointed in Samuel Dixon for making me believe he would be there when I arrived and have cars ready for me to view. I text him and told him I was on the way; he could have told me he wouldn’t be there and he had someone else to help me. Perhaps it worked out perfectly in the end. Overall, a nice experience with Trent though.

Keilyn did a nice job providing professional service with my Escalade purchase. Her thorough communication and follow through along the process was impeccable.
