Quick and prompt response to my request. Quickly worked through the deal, including harvesting equity from my expiring lease. Even though we were completing the deal after work, we never felt rushed, even after the dealership was closed. They had the car ready and everything was a promised. Their tech did a great job of walking us through and setting up the new car.
