The dealership felt more personal then most dealerships, as they treated you like one of their family
Ty was my service advisor. Great customer Service. Received a loaner, an electric car. I was nervous about it at first, but it was a great car. My car was repaired and I was happy to have my CT5 back.
Monica is always helpful and has been my service advisor for years. I didn't see her on the list, but she should be listed - exceptional customer service experience.
