We have bought 7 vehicles from this dealership and mainly because of Bruce Rollins. He gives us beyond 5 star service and we would not go to any other Cadillac dealership because of him. I also appreciate the way Bruce makes sure than when my car is being worked on that I get a car to drive home and that Stephen and I are completely satisfied before leaving the dealership. He always lets us know what is going on with the new vehicles that are coming in so that we know what we want to look at before getting there.
I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Crest Cadillac. Tony Griggs and the entire staff at Crest were so helpful. Tony had a very low pressure, but helpful approach, which I appreciated. He was very patient, yet eager to help to me find the perfect car. He made the entire process easy. I’m very disappointed with the level of service here. The staff never provides updates on the progress of my vehicle—once it’s dropped off, there’s no communication or follow-up, even when it’s promised. Having recently moved to this area, I had hoped for a seamless experience, but I find myself considering going back to Sewell. The difference in customer service and relationship management is night and day; unfortunately, this location feels years behind.
Crest Cadillac service department and staff is always extremely professional and always helpful and very knowledgeable.
Crest Cadillac’s service department is a disappointment. Repairs were done improperly, and when I brought it up, there was no accountability or professionalism. Promises of timely service turned into repeated delays with no communication. For a luxury brand, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend Crest Cadillac to anyone!
Ty King is exceptional and an asset to your customer service team, however, I suspect the technicians working on EVs may need additional training. The technicians don't seem to be able to fix my Lyriq with one visit. Recently, a rear light failure required two visits to repair, requiring me to leave the vehicle there twice. A loaner vehicle wasn't available so this was a major inconvenience. Picking the car up was a real problem as well. After being a loyal customer for over five years, I will never go back there again! In March, I scheduled to bring in my 2023 Escalade in for repair on a Monday and was told it would be ready in two days. Instead, the technician didn’t even know what parts were needed, ordered the wrong one, and then broke another part that was on backorder.
