I was again extremely pleased with the service dept response to an emergency occurring while driving. I called my assigned service manager.,,but he was out ill! Notwithstanding, he helped me diagnose the issue, calmed my nerves and advised me to go to the dealership. He called in and arranged the needed service, connected me with an onsite manager and I was again on my way, relived, in less that 2 hours. It is clean, but every time I was there I will get many suggestions services and most of them I don’t like.

We dropped off our new Escalade to get our emblems blacked out and our rims powder-coated black. We were provided a loaner car because the service would take a few days. When our Escalade was finished, we were very happy with the final look. They did a great job and provided excellent service.

I am happy to be back at Crest Cadillac! Six months ago, I sold my Escalade and went and bought a Land Rover. I only don’t like the Land Rover, but it was in the shop more then I was driving it . I only had it for 6 months and I was back at Crest getting another Cadillac. . So I am thrilled to be back .
