This pains me to do so. But we bought a pre owned vehicle from crest and the car is just fine. It is what we wanted. The issue started with the kind of bait and switch issue from the sales department to when you go in for financing. We ended up working that out after some pressure from the sales manager. I’ve been dealing with Crest Cadillac for weeks and I’ve just resigned myself to thinking that they are simply a dishonest dealership with their shareholders interests before their customers. Berkshire Hathaway owns Crest Auto Group, And they intern are owned by Warren Buffett. Crest Cadillac sold me a car that was advertised as not being any accidents that in fact was in an accident. And they knew about it. I went in taking the car back, and they offered to buy the car back until they found out that I had already paid money to repair some things on the car, and they were not willing to reimburse me for that in addition to what I paid for the car. I took my car to get alignment . Steering wheel was to the left . I get car back now its to the right . When get u alignment it should be centered . I took it back the tech said its aligned when he drove it. Did he check if the wheel was centered probably not . Ok i go home and it still to the right. This place is a joke! ! I bought a car here and had scratches on it. I was told they were going to fix it. The car was painted and they left over spray all over the back. That doesn’t include when I first got the car they tried to tell me they would they would lower my interest rate if I would sign on the extended warranty plans they have that’s kind of fishy because the bank don’t negotiate extended warranty or interest rates !!!!Sad to say, but Clay Cooley has better service than this place.!!!!!! the proof is right there ... read more
We purchased 2 new vehicles and wished we had not purchased from Crest. The service department is a complete failure with a lack of communication, damages caused under their care, and a total lack of respect for the customer experience. If we could help you with any information it would be to say, purchase elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money with Crest.
I called the day before and scheduled an oil change, When I got there was told it would take a couple of hrs. It took 3 hours from 11 to 2 pm. The solution is simple use another dealership I will. They just don't care. I will buy another car next week.
If I could put 0 stars I would. My experience has been the most difficult and untrustworthy, after dealing with the senior service executive Jeremy Chapman I will never recommend businesses with this dealership . I purchased my vehicle February 23rd and on march 13th, 17th, and 25th I set service appointments to get an evaluation on my motor because I had to put over 4 quarts of oil in my vehicle every few days . I hate taking my car in for service at this dealership- I feel there are always issues when I book with them. The latest is a miscommunication that wasted 1.5 hours of my morning because the agent that booked my service did not delay my booking for a loaner vehicle; after which, my service on my car then had to be delayed because I need a loaner vehicle.
