After leasing two cars from them, they put me in a lease that I just found out is 6K upside down. Thanks a lot. I will never recommend Crest.
I went in and spoke with Ed Elizondo and he was extremely friendly initially. He would promptly call me back anytime I had a question prior to the sale. We ended up leasing a Cadillac SRX from him in which he stated that they would "eat" the balance of my Honda Odyssey. Later we traded it because the blind spot was too large for my comfort and we found out that he just tacked the balance onto the loan. I contacted Crest Cadillac after finding a 2008 Volvo XC90 with 43,000 miles for $21,000 (and some change) on their web site. I had several e-mail exchanges with their salesman, Sam Obazee, in which I explained what I had for trade-in and the payment range I wanted. Sam said, "No problem. We've got you approved. Come on in.
