My experience with Chris could not have been more positive. He was informative and not pushy in the slightest. He really allowed me to make the best decision on my purchase and really helped guide me and educate me on the Cadillac brand. There was significant communication from the time we met to the time we closed on the purchase, and he kept me in the loop with texts and videos regularly.
