I have never had a more pleasant experience. All of the staff are friendly, caring, courteous and professional. I live in Dallas and drove to Frisco to do business with this wonderful dealership. The dealership owner should thank God every, single day for his family of employees. I will NEVER purchase a car from anyone else.

Went to Crest just to look at the XT4. Chris’ product knowledge and customer service sold us not only on the XT4 but in Crest Cadillac as the dealership we wanted to work with. Chris too the time to explain the difference in models, trim packages and more than anything he listened to us. We didn’t play the “let me talk to the manager” game. Chris was upfront, honest and to the point. We will be back to Crest Cadillac and Chris Rucker in the future.
