Logan McPherson is a the best Service Manager. He is very attentive to details, takes an active role in communicating with me, and makes sure my issues and needs are addressed. He makes the experience at Crest Service the best.

Good service, nice people. The only issue I might have is that I purchased tires from these nice folks less than two years ago and a little disappointed that I have had to pay for tire rotation last couple of visits. In all fairness, I have forgotten to inquire about it.

First off I’d like to say Logan McPherson customer service was exceptional friendly and listened. Then took action in getting all my questions and concerns answered. If feel the other person I was assign to did the bare minimum. The touch paint job I received was very below average this time compared to other visits. As I’ve been a customer over 10 years

The salesman Omar and his manager Bruce succeeded in finding the right car for me. Both showed courtesy, knowledge, and patience. Gustin displayed the same excellence in his training techniques to set up all the apps. I am extremely satisfied with the XT5 I bought from Crest today.
