Professional staff that is very accommodating. Easy to schedule service with. Both Shawn and Paul strive to “WOW” their customers. Even though the past few Cadillac’s were purchased from another dealership I “choose” to have my service done at Crest.

Crest Cadillac service department is top notch. They always get to us in a timely manner. Our service advisor, Logan, takes care of everything. He won't let us leave if we are not completely satisfied and our car is completely cleaned and all repairs have been done.

Great service and staff. Got in and out quickly. Clean waiting areas with room to distance yourself and enjoy your wait. My car came back detailed and looking new!

Today I leased another car from Crest Cadillac. The last few of my leases have been with Ed Elizondo, and again he helped me get a car I was happy to drive home. Through the years Pau Zugelder in the service department has always made my visits for service very pleasant. Today Billy Delgado was very personable handling all of the final paper work to complete the lease. Everyone at Creat is always friendly and helpful. I was very glad I was able to do business with them again.
