Jordan is great and an asset to your company. Please treat him great so he won't leave. We need him to stay. Crest is great and I have always felt very comfortable and treated very well by the staff. My service advisor Monica is top notch. This is my 3rd vehicle with many, many more planned. Keep up the good work.

The dealership is a welcoming one, very similar to Sewell; everyone is friendly and professional; Trent is knowledgable and thorough; Josh in Finance is efficient and friendly; the dealership could use electronic signature pads for sure to smooth the process; we will be recommending Crest to our family and friends

It took a couple hours to get my car back from the service department, but they provided me a loaner so there was no inconvenience. I really appreciated that.
