Best Cadillac dealership I have ever been to. I have been to many across the country. The service was amazing and done in a very fast time. Paul was amazing at keeping us updated and letting us know what was going on. This experience has made this my dealership. I will not go anywhere else.

This team is top-notch. Having experiences with both BMW and Lexus...hands down, this group has them beat with emphasis on attention to detail, customer sat, care and pride in their work. Logan, Clayton and the entire team go out of their way, days-off, etc to care for the little things. Great service group. Great culture. Great experiences. Tks Crest!

Great Service Advisor I have been coming to Crest for Years. Bryan O. is my service advisor. Bryan continues to give me 5 star service. This morning my battery was dead. He offered to send road side service but I was able to start the car after charging it for about an hour and drove into the dealership. Bryan immediately got me in and offered to drive me to work. I have never had to worry about my Escalade's service when I leave it in Bryan's care. The service performed by the service technicians has always been top notch. ... read more

satisfied Top notch, hi end dealership. My salesman Kenneth answered all questions and really made me and my wife feel at home. He took the time to answer all questions and let us test drive as many cars as we wanted with no hesitations. I really believed he wanted is to leave very satisfied. This is the reason I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

AWESOME!! Gene Reeves has been handling my aut service since 1999 when I bought my first car there, a 1999 Isuzu Trooper. Then a 2004 Escalade, a 2014 SRX, a 2016 CT6, a 2017 XT5, and now a 2017 CT6. I've NEVER had anything to even think about being upset over. Top shelf service department, top shelf sales experiences.

Upper management to the Rescue! I bought a used vehicle from Crest. The conditions of sale was somewhat challenging due to the condition of the vehicle. As I understood it, the vehicle was a trade-in that had not gone through the regular service and sale readiness. Tire, rear light and other minor parts had to be replaced, but I had to agree to buy the vehicle before these services were performed.
