This place is a joke! ! I bought a car here and had scratches on it. I was told they were going to fix it. The car was painted and they left over spray all over the back. That doesn’t include when I first got the car they tried to tell me they would they would lower my interest rate if I would sign on the extended warranty plans they have that’s kind of fishy because the bank don’t negotiate extended warranty or interest rates !!!!Sad to say, but Clay Cooley has better service than this place.!!!!!! the proof is right there ... read more

We purchased 2 new vehicles and wished we had not purchased from Crest. The service department is a complete failure with a lack of communication, damages caused under their care, and a total lack of respect for the customer experience. If we could help you with any information it would be to say, purchase elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money with Crest.

I called the day before and scheduled an oil change, When I got there was told it would take a couple of hrs. It took 3 hours from 11 to 2 pm. The solution is simple use another dealership I will. They just don't care. I will buy another car next week.

If I could put 0 stars I would. My experience has been the most difficult and untrustworthy, after dealing with the senior service executive Jeremy Chapman I will never recommend businesses with this dealership . I purchased my vehicle February 23rd and on march 13th, 17th, and 25th I set service appointments to get an evaluation on my motor because I had to put over 4 quarts of oil in my vehicle every few days . I hate taking my car in for service at this dealership- I feel there are always issues when I book with them. The latest is a miscommunication that wasted 1.5 hours of my morning because the agent that booked my service did not delay my booking for a loaner vehicle; after which, my service on my car then had to be delayed because I need a loaner vehicle. I was told by Cars. com there was an Escalade available for $83K. When I responded that I wanted to buy it, a Crest dealer contacted me. He said that the car was ordered specially for a customer and was not available. Bait and switch - very disappointed with these unethical tactics.

Call to talk with Monica Toomb after car was serviced. Told her my sabiltrak keep coming on. She replied and told me it was my battery. I google the sabiltrak it said nothing about my battery. Went to get my battery check they said my battery was fine. I didn’t like the way I was treated if I was a white women I wouldn’t have been treated that way this is my second vehicle from Crest. Screw Crest Cadalliac I will never buy another vehicle.

I purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade on Jul 23, 2022. The sales process was solid and the Service Dept has been 4+ star experience. However, it is now Nov 26 and I have not received the title for the vehicle that I paid for in cash. Kodie Cadenhead was helpful in intial troubleshooting and assist to try and correct the delay in the title but no updates since 10/15/22.

I purchased a used car from this dealership group and Felix, my salesperson, was awesome with the sale and how the add-on $1K included wonderful services like how I could just drive through their express service every 6 months for the interior and exterior.
