On April 23rd I took our 2024 Lyriq to Crest for its first maintenance - which they set at the time of purchase last October. Within 1 minute, Greg said "you're good to go - there are no recalls or diagnostic issues". I responded that I knew that from the Cadillac app, and asked “don’t you rotate / balance tires, check fluids, etc.?” Greg replied "maybe at 12-15K miles", but that wouldn't be included in the complimentary first service. My husband went at 0700. .at 0940 I received text that they were unable to complete recall repair as thought and did I need a ride home!!!! SERIOUSLY...How incompetent can you get. Gotta find another dealer with competent technicians and time management insight!!!

Our Escalade broke down in the middle of the interstate while my wife was driving (bearing failure). The road was under construction so there was no where to pull to get in a safe area. I drove my vehicle to help, I called the closest tow truck company to get the vehicle and my wife out of harms way. I have no idea who Caleb Brosin is, BUT, Schuyler Crouch was our financial guy and he was terrible! Said he was busy and presented himself as if not having enough time to help us, a customer who was actually purchasing a vehicle! Did not explain any of the paperwork just put in front of me and told me to sign. I did ask a few questions which he seemed like he did not have enough time to explain what I was signing and was irritated that I asked. Overall it was a good experience. However, bit disappointed with the after sales support. I am still waiting on my check for trade-in car even after 2 weeks of contract date.

Mandy was great in sales, but they either forgot or were unwilling to preform the recall work my car needed which they were not supposed to sell it until it was done per GMs own bulletin. A day after the sale they called me expecting me to take the car to a Cadillac dealer within 2 days to correct their mistake. In addition they sold me a car with a damaged Onstar communication module which I wasn't aware of until taking it to my local Cadillac dealer. I purchased a 2024 Escalade V, but within 15 days the engine failed—deeply disappointing. I had already invested $5,000 in accessories, all of which became a loss to me. The dealership wouldn’t take the vehicle back until I escalated directly to GM. Even then, I was only offered options that were either outdated or much more expensive. Never buying a car or using service at crest ever again. Couldn’t even properly diagnose a fix for my car when going through warranty ended up screwing it up took over 3 weeks for a sunroof repair and very poor or lack of communication. Very sad considering I bought 2 cars from crest. Lost a customer here and will be telling fellow friends and family what we think of crests
