The moment we stepped into Crest Cadillac, we felt very much welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable the entire time. Our Sales Rep, Keilyn Michaelis, was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and most of all, helpful! We test drove the XT4 a couple of different times and each time, she was able to answer all of our questions and offered valuable information. We never felt pressured, just informed.
