I had to utilize my roadside assistance this past week, and from the get-go, my experience was a positive one! They towed my car within 30 minutes of the call, they kept me aware of what was going on through communication, and got my car returned to me without me ever having to go to the dealership service dept!! Chase Y. is an excellent service advisor! I highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone that will go the extra mile to help! The Valet service is phenomenal; I hope they never do away with it!!

Came in at 8 am for oil service and issue with steering wheel fit and finish. Steering wheel leather was peeling and plastic SuperDrive lens had a spur sticking up that was uncomfortable. Arman got me a ride home, service did the oil and related inspection, replaced the steering wheel from stock (Wow), washed to car. Alto brought me back, all within 5 hrs. Could not have gone better!

Chase took care of my car from the time I pulled in until the needed repairs were complete. I appreciate the thorough the inspections, the clear explanation and how prompt and precise the techs got my car repaired. I also received a lender as I await on my car.
