Armond helps to smooth out the rough edges. My car, the app, the automated texts from service, GM Rewards, and other things are typically unaligned. This can be frustrating for the customer. But Armond worked hard to serve me.

My car still does not ride like it should. Its choppy and rough for a Cadillac. It rode better after I had it there 2 weeks ago and paid for an alignment, road force and oil change. After my last to visits its rougher. Supposedly they checked the balancing of the tires. They should have rebalanced and made sure all of weights were same kind. So not truly sure what happened. The mechanics do not appear to perform the side. Made call to Cadillac Corporation to add to existing case.
