Salesman Josh Betanzos from Crest Infiniti assisted with the purchase of a used car from Crest Cadillac, and he was great! He answered all my questions, put up with a lot of back and forth, would definitely recommend him to anyone, definitely helped make the experience easier. Schuyler Crouch in finance was very helpful and quick, would use these folks again without a doubt.

Logan did a great service I live so far and he sent someone to pick up our truck plus send us a car that way we have a car to move around until the truck was been repair 100 ⭐️

Communication isn’t the best, I’ve had multiple experiences there. The work done on my vehicle itself is great but the communication from advisors could be better. IE- I had a piece of metal pierce a tire, I contacted my advisor to see if I had the warranty, he told me I did. I go to dealership and am told by a different advisor that I in fact do not have the warranty thus making me waste my time driving to dealership vs getting it taken care of immediately elsewhere.

The communication with Douglas was very easy and fluid, very responsive and happy to support, all the time very flexible and willing to solve the issues. Also the experience with tania from finance was great, bringing knowledge, tips and great conversation. Overall, fantastic experience!
