Very good shop, everyone at the front desk is very kind and courteous. Eddie, my contact, did an excellent job communicating with me about my repair and what exactly needed to be done, or what parts needed to be replaced. Scheduling was also extremely easy and I did not feel pressured one way or another. Definitely going to this location again if I need more body work done.

I've taken my car to this place twice. Once several years ago to have the rear end fixed after someone ran into me. The 2nd time was just recently to fix some dents in the hood due to large rocks bouncing down the highway. Both times the car was fixed quickly and looked like new. The 2nd time I took it there, it took two days, which was a nice surprise and they even fixed some unrelated damage to the hood. I found the staff to be quick and courteous. I hope I don't need body work again, but if I do I'll bring it here.

I was in a car accident recently and insurance recommended I take my car to Crest Collision in Plano, a place I had never taken my car. When I picked my car back up, it was the cleanest it had ever been. I'm talking cleaner than the day I purchased the car. Detailed inside and out. Had a great experience today at Crest Collision North with service rep, Chris Landry. I had hail damaged in 2018 at Crest. Job was quick and well done. I did notice a few days later that my hood was slightly out-of-line but it opened and closed properly. Flash forward to last week....my lease is expiring and the leasing company sent out an inspector to check out my car. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Crest Body shop location off of Lexington in Plano, TX. From calling in to schedule, Alex was unbelievably helpful and had our car towed in that afternoon. Chris, our service advisor, was amazing!! He called and text every step of the way. He was beyond helpful during our journey of having a total loss. We had never experienced this and they made the process so easy. I highly, highly recommend them! I will never use another body shop! Thank so much for all your help!

Crest collision went out of there way to get my car through the shop fast. I was without my car for 1 day to put a new door on my car. Thats fast. Keith Hendricks is a top notch advisor and kept me up to date on the process and is very professional. I will only take my car to Crest Collision for my body work and Crest Honda for my service. I forgot to add the paint work is amazing.

This is THE BEST collision center in the DFW area. People are very nice and very helpful through the tragedy of a wreck. I have used them more that I'd like to admit. Suffice it to say that it was contemplated that my name be added to their name. If you ever use them, I personally promise that you will not be disappointed. Your car looks brand new after they are finished. Chris

Crest did an excellent job replacing my bumper. Even washed my vehicle after the repair. Both Alex and Rich were professional and courteous. I've used them several times and recommend them.
