Assumed they were a Volvo certified repair facility since they share name with the Volvo dealer next door. Asked as much and intimated they were...but in further research are not. Did Not have repair done so no rating other than for initial sales experience.

My Cadillac Escalade was stripped in Arlington while on a soccer trip for my daughter. I am from the Oklahoma City area. My husband and I both asked and were promised that Crest would not start the repairs to my car until we gave them permission. We felt like we were coming close to the car being totaled and wanted time to investigate the estimate before moving forward. Do not take your luxury car to this dealership. I took it in because someone hit my car and because of their negligence my car was left out in a hail storm and racked up over $11K in damage. They also took longer than the 30 days my insurance would cover and now I have over $650 in car rental fees that they don't feel that they should cover. I will not recommend this body shop.

Worst experience with the admin office. Car got fixed great. The man in-charge of keeping me updated was very nice , but when it came to the payment. They lost the cashiers check now they call me twice a day bc they need me to call the bank and fix the problem.. (Its ok i don't work & I'm just home sitting to fix their problem) i called corporate to put the complaint, but i don't think it was much help.!

If I could give a half star I would !!! This place has the mentality of "I don't give a ---- attitude". I was supposed to turn in my car today for repairs. I'm waiting on car rental information ... I never receive a call. Meamwhile I don't know which car rental company or location was chosen...... How I would get there .... I call them ... they said they faxed the information and that's all they were responsible for. I find out which enterprise location they faxed ... .i call them and have no record of me or my claim. Boy. Talking to Crest Collision Repair people is a whole different story than talking to Crest Service. As a customer, in my mind the "Crest" brand is one brand.. "Service" shouldn't vary based on the department. (Nor should the service levels) . Crest hasn't seemed to grasp that concept of a true .. One stop shop yet. My 2013 CTS coupe (which I bought from Crest less than a year ago) recently had hail damage. I brought it to the crest service center.. Disorganized, serious lack of attention to detail, poor communication. Got car back with a flat tire. It had not been washed. They had car for 30 days and we had four different service advisors. Told by three different people they would coordinate an oil change while they had the car in and that did not happen. Part of the work we had done required replacement of the headlight and housing on one side. They did not make sure the headlights were level. I took my car to Crest Collision Center because State Farm recommended them to fix my bumper. Not only did it take 2 weeks to get my bumper fixed, but when I got the car back the air conditioning no longer worked. It would not blow cold air, it made a loud hiss inside the car, and it blew heavy exhaust out of my exhaust pipes. I returned the car and told them that this happened while it was in their custody. On September 28, 2011 I was hit by a kid and since this shop is in the same parking lot of the Infiniti dealership I go to, I thought to myself why not?
