My husband was involved in a rear-end accident where he had around $6000 in damages. I work in the insurance industry so I was skeptical of any location that we were recommended for repair work. The staff at Crest Collision was extremely pleasant, kept us informed, and the repairs were excellent. I will for sure be using Crest again for future repairs!

Seriously a great experience. The office people were professional and helpful, and the mechanic was honestly one of the best people I've ever dealt with in the car industry. My car looked better when I got it then it has in years, and they brought it back freshly cleaned.

After three repair jobs over many years I trust their work. Hail damage, broken window and the last one front end damage around grill/hood were all fixed just fine. The first two involved my insurance company of which Crest Collision is one of their certified repair shops. Short wait time and they fixed the car. I think it best to do business with a collision repair shop recognized by your car insurance company. Just easier to deal with as both want to keep your business. I had a great experience at Crest Collision. I dropped off my car on a Thursday (got a rental from Enterprise at the same location), picked up my newly repaired car on the following Tuesday, it looked as good as the original bumper before I got rear-ended. The personnel were courteous and the amount of time they kept my vehicle was spot on with what they quoted, I am very satisfied with this repair facility.

I was very surprised to see all of the poor reviews. We have our Infiniti serviced at Crest Infiniti so, when we needed repairs from an accident I figured Crest would do good work. I was not disappointed. Farmers Insurance was great. They made an appointment at Crest and at Enterprise Car Rental. We dropped off our car at Crest and were picked up by Enterprise. On Tues, Nov 3rd, I was rear ended by a little punk who fell asleep behind the wheel and then I made him late for his test. After a few calls back and forth between his insurance agency, Traveler's, the adjuster and myself, Saturn of Lewisville... we came to the realization that there is no longer a Saturn Body Shop anywhere in the DFW Metroplex. I got into a car accident and my car got towed here. After they fixed it, I went to pick it up and THE LICENSE PLATE WAS GONE! Both the front AND the back. No one know where it was or what happened ...literally no idea. And soon after I made a big deal out of it- then they claimed they picked it up that way! But didn't at all question it when they were working on it at any point for the almost two weeks that they had it. This is the second time that I have had a vehicle repaired at this facility in the past 2 years. First time was great--prompt repair, no issues. This time, had some minor front end damage after a fender bender. Included replacemenot of front bumper, hood, headlight, front sensors, camera, etc. Repair took about 5 weeks.
