We had a terrible experience getting our vehicle fixed here, and would not recommend this shop to anyone. (Crest Collision North) Story: I got into an accident in my Mother's SUV when she was in town visiting me (out of state car). yes, I had a real bad experience with Crest Collision Center, Plano. I had an appointment on the 30th of May and I went there in time. With in 15 minutes a service adviser, Larry, was assigned and we went out to look at my car. I explained what happened to my car and what I am looking for. Suddenly the service adviser told me, I am not fixing your car. I thought he was joking around. He again and again he said I am not fixing your car. I went out of there since I was so irritated. It's been a long process dealing with the insurance company and Crest finally received my supplement check for the repairs. My service advisor told me he would not be in and he arranged for another advisor to assist me with the repair. I walked in and no one introduced themselves, I stopped at the second desk and gave my name he went into another office and told this guy I was here. Be wary, they are not part of Crest Volvo. Expect to add a week plus on completion. If problems arise customer service goes out the window.

This is for Crest Collison - North If you are thinking about using this dealership because of the previous customer service received when buying a car from Crest Cadillac Dealerships, think again. My car set in their shop a week (7 days) BEFORE they started working on it. Insurance lets me know that they will pay up to a certain date.So I get charged for 4 days on the rental. Unfortunate. The service writer asked me to pay 100% of my hail insurance proceeds plus my co-pay/deductible. I declined. With the knowledge and consent of my insurance carrier I instructed him to not repair a portion of the vehicle where I could not see hail damage. Crest repaired the area and charged me hundreds of dollars. Another large hail dent was not repaired and Crest refunded less than $100 for that omission. We won't be using them again. They told us 3 weeks to repair hail damage on our car. I received a text today that they'll have our car for 2 more weeks. 5 weeks they'll have our car? We don't have a rental car, so this delay makes work difficult for us.

This was the first and last time I use Crest collision for repairs. I've never had issues at the dealership so I trusted them with my vehicle. In a nutshell the repair shop has very poor customer service. They are a select shop for a couple of popular insurance companies so I'm sure that's how they continue to stay in business. Read ALL of the reviews here & trust your gut. Find ANOTHER repair shop.

Larry was the worst. I drove cross town 45 min and they did nothing! No estimate no appointment set. I was scheduled for an appointment. Then lied and said everyone is booked until Aug for repairs. Never called and followed up. I contacted my insurance and got scheduled with someone else and car being fixed all in 1 week! Just because someone looks young gives you no right to treat them like the are not a valued customer!
