Unparalleled service Tod is an excellent sales reperesentative! Fastest and easiest transaction ever. Tod knew exactly what I wanted and was able to secure me a great deal on a new lease. Crest Cadillac My experience at Crest Cadillac was awesome. The atmosphere was amazing and the vibration of most of their staff was copasetic. Mr. David Hooks is my car salesman. He is hilarious, charming and a quick study. Mr. Hooks made my car buying experience wonderful and effortless. Also Angel in the financial dept was an Angel. David Hooks is a very genuine gentleman. He is very family oriented and seems to build relationships with his customers which I find is VERY important. Me. Hooks goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. The one thing I truly appreciate about David is he tries his best to make sure his customers go home in a vehicle they really like. Great Experience! This was the best car buying experience I have had. I live 2 hours away from the dealership so most everything was handled by text and phone calls and when I was able to get to the dealer everything was seamless. Customer service was amazing and Kegan was great about handling my requests and getting me in the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealer!
