Great Experience Kenneth responded to my call inquiring about a vehicle and met me with said vehicle ready for a walk around when we arrived. He has been pleasant to work with and was extremely helpful and willing to make the overall experience worthwhile. Was a pleasure to work with him!!

Amazing First time Experience Thank you DJ and Crest Infinit (Austin specially)i! We were looking for 2 infiniti QX 60 2018 models but end up getting 2019 models with great price. DJ really worked very hard to arrange the QX60 with desired/specific features we were intersested. Hopefully we will have the similar customer service in future for our Purchase. Thanks DJ again :-)

Best car buying experience! This was by far the best and smoothest car buying experience. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and did not pressure us. Kegan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions.

Recent experience Even though I have opted to hold off on buying/leasing a car at this time, I was extremely pleased with the personalized service that DJ and the Crest Infiniti team provided and know that I would have had an excellent product and service in the future. Great Customer Service-Easy to Work With My car was rear ended and ended up being totaled by Geiko. Yikes, where do I start having not been in the market to buy a car. DJ is the man. My wife and I came in just to look at newest Infiniti cars and SUVs. DJ took us for a test drive in nearly everything on the lot from used to the new car we ended up purchasing. Very straight shooter at first class dealership.

Great car buying experience with Kegan at Crest! I recently bought a new car from Kegan at Crest and it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had! I’m a single mom and I brought my three kids with me and he treated them like family. I was very impressed with his kindness and thoughtfulness! He served them cookies, carried one to the car and even took pictures for us! I would definitely recommend Crest and especially Kegan!!
