Easy Peasy. Out the door with a new QX60 Great experience working with DJ Johnson. Contacting him online originally and after numerous e-mails, a phone call, and a couple of text, I visited Crest. Excellent car buying experience with DJ Johnson/Crest Recently (5/20/15) I purchased a Q40 Infiniti from Crest. DJ Johnson was my sales rep; he was great answering my questions, helping with price negotiation and the delivery of the car. Hats off to DJ Great shopping experience with sales professional DJ Johnson. Listened to my wife and I all through the experience to provide just the vehicle we wanted. Gave us his full attention even though he had seven appointments that day, thanks for an entire sales team that cover each other. The entire process was no pressure and to the point. We were introduced to the service manager as well as other Crest team members which made us feel at home and welcome. We will definitely recommend Crest Infinity and DJ Johnson.
DJ Johnson- professional and cordial This gentleman was extremely helpful and was extremely cordial in his business. DJ was to the point and did not waste our time. He knew the cars well and knew exactly what we wanted. He did not overlook even the smallest request, which is highly unique in a salesman. He made sure our needs were met even after we had purchased our QX80, which is unusual for any salesman.I highly recommend without any reservation dealing with DJ when you go to this dealership. Syed
DJ Johnson bent over backwards for us on a new QX80 I checked with Sewell and Grubbs before buying from Crest. DJ Johnson was a straight shooter and his service after the sale was above and beyond what we expected. I would buy from them again, specifically from DJ and would send my family and friends to buy a car from him as well.
Great experience all around!!! My salesman was DJ who was amazing from start to finish. He tended to my every need and didn't push the sale on me once. Josh Brosin was great too. What a great team. Looking forward to buying many more vehicles from them in the future!!
Great Experience! I contacted DJ several months ago about a vehicle, and opted at that time to not purchase. However, my mom was in need of a new vehicle and he was so professional and eager to earn our business that I went back to him rather than even calling/emailing Sewell. I had been a long time Sewell customer. Crest was professional and made the experience a great one. Thanks again for everything.
Excellent Experience DJ went out of his way to work with me and find the exact car that I was looking for. He took the time to find the white Q50 with the light interior that I wanted so I could test drive in this car not the Q50 that was close by.
