Suuuuper Excited about my new QX60!! I called Crest Infiniti Saturday morning on 8/13/16, to see what time they closed because I wanted to go by there and see their vehicles. DJ answered the phone and took down my information so that when I arrived I could see him. I must say the professionalism and courtesy that I experienced while visiting this dealership was AWESOME!!! Love my new Q50 Red Sport! This was our 2nd time to work with DJ. We actually requested him because our last experience went so well when buying our last vehicle, a QX80. He is excellent! He goes above and beyond. He's NOT pushy! He's laid back and makes you feel the same. NO PRESSURE! He gets to know you and your family. It was a pleasure doing business with DJ and Crest again! NEW CAR DJ Johnson provided us with an extraordinarily car purchase experience and we enjoy it a lot. His knowledge in car functions, maintenance and other aspects made this experience much easier. New car purchase DJ provided us with an awesome experience. He was professional in all aspects and worked diligently for our car purchase. I never felt pressured to buy. It was obvious he wanted us to have the car we desired. Once we purchased the car he consistently kept us informed and followed up after we received the car to insure our satisfaction. Great experience Working with DJ was a great experience. He responded promptly via email and phone to all my questions. He also had cars available and ready to drive when I arrived at the dealership. Great Experience DJ was great to work with from start to finish. He followed up on a late evening price quote request within minutes. His consistent communication before, during, and after the sale was exemplary. He offered his expertise without being pushy. We landed on a deal that worked for everyone. If and when I purchase another Infiniti QX80 from Crest, I will be working with DJ again.
