Daniel ali was an excellent salesperson. My experience from start to finish was excellent. Daniel listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I would highly recommend him as well as the entire Crest company.

Jon and Olivia quickly pointed us to exactly what we wanted! This was a truly personal experience. Jon and Olivia completely respected our time, didn't try to push accessories or add ons that we didn't need. Gave us the overview of each option and the costs associated. We emailed in advance about what we wanted to see so that we could quickly test drive and decide on what we wanted. They were dedicated to us the entire time.

Great Experience with DJ Johnson As it is nearing time for my wife's current BMW Lease to expire we went to Infiniti of Frisco to look at the Q60 and was greeted by DJ Johnson. However, we were not ready to purchase a car right then and were just looking for ideas of what we wanted next. Over the course of several months DJ stayed in contact and we finally narrowed our selection down to an Infiniti or Audi. Great Experience I was looking at a used car online but it sold before I could make it out to look at it. Steve E. was proactive and emailed me when they got another one of the same model. I showed up and dealt with Chris L. He did everything in his power to make the sale. Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Even the finance guys were good. Exceeded expectations. I'll more than likely be back for my next car.

Earnest is awesome! I had the best car buying experience I have ever had in the past. Earnest was a very hard working salesman and did everything he had to do to get the job deal done for me. I was in a very tough situation with the car that I had, and had just about giving up hope, when Earnest came along and promised me that he would help me and that he did! I absolutely LOVE my car and I would recommend this dealership and Earnest to anyone!

Excellent customer sales experience Daniel was excellent to work with...responsive and great with follow ups. He explained the numbers and worked to adjust as necessary. Overall a great sales experience. We'll be back in the future and will recommend the Crest Infiniti dealership to family and friends.
