Friendly, helpful staff Daniel was super helpful and friendly every step of the way and was there for every step. He was responsive to every email, text, and phone call - even after the sale was done. He worked really hard to ensure we got the cars we wanted at a price we were happy with. The entire team was great to work with. I was dreading this ordeal, but it ended up being a pleasant experience and for that, I would recommend this dealership and plan on returning for future cars!

Best dealership in DFW Just purchased my second Infiniti from Jon and Ritchie at Crest Infiniti. I had a couple of months left on my Q50 lease and had brought it in for an oil change. I had requested a loaner, since I needed to get stuff done and didn't have time to wait. They knew that I was considering the QX60, so they pulled the wrapping off of a brand new one for me to try out. I ended up turning in my Q50 and driving home from my oil change with a new car! Love my new QX80! This is my second purchase from Crest and again, they did not disappoint. Daniel Ali made it a very easy and pleasant experience to trade in my QX56 for a 2017 QX80. Good guy to work with Earnest drove a car out to my home for me to test drive overnight. We were able to make a deal on it the next day while I was at work. I scheduled a time to come in and sign paperwork and it was a relatively painful process. I would buy another car from Earnest.
