Chris - Service Manager Chris Nevins went above and beyond to help me on Wednesday evening (after hours). I had run over a nail (unbeknownst to me) and the service department put a plug in my tire so that I could make it home. I thank everyone that helped me.

Fabulous Service DJ picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership to pick up a Cadillac Escalade that we ordered through him. I was taking delivery and needing to drive to Houston that evening to see family I hadn't seen in years so I needed processing to be quick. Besides DJ being a super nice person through the entire process and also a Veteran he had all the paperwork with Two bottles of water waiting for my journey. Purchased new 2016 QX80 & love it! Very nice guy & very professional. Appreciated his help. Purchased a 2016 Escalade from Creat last year & must say the Infinity Dealership was a much more professional & pleasant experience. DJ & Earnest were both a pleasure to work with.

Great Employee DJ is a very professional, patient, knowledgeable salesman. When I decided not to purchase an Infiniti - he ask if I had considered Cadillac - I replied I had not. He stated he walk with me to the dealership next door, introduced me and my family to another wonderful salesman, Chris. We were able to quickly find a vehicle I love. Great Service! My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Crest Infiniti. Everyone provided great customer service, especially DJ Johnson. DJ made our transaction a very smooth one. He did a great job of explaining all of the options that were available to us.

The world needs more like DJ Johnson! Our experience with Crest Infiniti was a wonderful experience due to the outstanding service portrayed by DJ Johnson. He was extremely knowledgable and personable. DJ did not give us some "smooth" sales speech, rather he spoke to us logically and intelligently. DJ Johnson---The Very Best in Vehicle Sales Personnel My father was an auto dealer. So, I know most of the tricks of the trade, and a good, great, and ethical salesperson when I see one. DJ Johnson is one of the finest I have ever met. He was there to meet and address my needs and concerns, not his or the dealerships. He did a superb job. Crest is very professional and DJ is excellent! Before my final decision, I have talked with different salesmen among various dealers but finally I have to say DJ is absolutely the best one who will always fight for his client and bring pleasant car purchasing experience to his customer. DJ helped me a lot even during his day-off from work or at very late time in the evening. Instead of pushing, he is always very patient and willing to listen. I would strongly recommend DJ and Crest if someone wants to buy a new Infiniti.
