The world needs more like DJ Johnson! Our experience with Crest Infiniti was a wonderful experience due to the outstanding service portrayed by DJ Johnson. He was extremely knowledgable and personable. DJ did not give us some "smooth" sales speech, rather he spoke to us logically and intelligently. I appreciate the service DJ gave us and I will send everyone I know to him directly. Thanks DJ for such excellence!

Crest is very professional and DJ is excellent! Before my final decision, I have talked with different salesmen among various dealers but finally I have to say DJ is absolutely the best one who will always fight for his client and bring pleasant car purchasing experience to his customer. DJ helped me a lot even during his day-off from work or at very late time in the evening. Instead of pushing, he is always very patient and willing to listen. I would strongly recommend DJ and Crest if someone wants to buy a new Infiniti.

Great sales, and finance experience I really went through a great sales and finance experience m, I felt not only were we working together but they were out to find the best deal for my situation. DJ was great and also working with Thanh and Li in finance was an amazing experience to feel that not only was I purchasing a car but they made it feel like they cared about my future experience with Infiniti.
Great dealership for a family. While my husband and I were deciding on a car, Crest Infiniti always responded quickly and reminded us there was no pressure. In fact, we were able to take the qx80 home overnight for a test drive...to see if it would be a good fit for our family. Unfortunately yhe qx80 is not the best fit for my familu currently. But we definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Infiniti.

Excellent Car Buying Experience After checking prices with multiple dealers, I reached out to DJ regarding a QX80 at Crest. Even though it was his day off, he exchanged e-mails with me all day and got me the best deal. I came in the next day, and was in and out in record time. I am a busy person, so the car buying experience has always been a headache. I would highly recommend DJ and his team to anyone looking for a hassle free and efficient car buying experience. I will buy my next car from DJ!

No pressure, very knowledgable We worked with DJ Johnson on purchasing a new Infiniti. He didn't pressure us at all and was very easy to work with. We even threw him a bit of a curve and asked to see a Cadillac at the last minute. He was not at all bothered by our change in direction and very patiently answered all of our questions until we were comfortable with our choice. Would recommend DJ to anyone interested in purchasing either a new Infiniti or Cadillac. He's the best!

I didn't purchase a Car from the dealership BUT! I originally inquired w this dealership w just two questions and that began communication between Mr. Johnson and myself.
