My E46 BMW M3 was totaled while parked and unoccupied. I was very sad to see it go, but that put me in the market for a new vehicle. I saw some negative reviews for Crest on the internet, but I decided to check them out anyway and I'm glad I did. Don't always believe everything you read online, verify it for yourself. We went there looking for a car with a hard to find color. They had both colors we were interested in, used for way under any price we had seen so far! Chris was so friendly and no pushy at all. The service was great. I felt at ease the entire time. I would highly recomend this dealership, and Chris, to anyone!

Not a big deal but I called atleast 1 mth in advance to make sure when I bring my qx80 in, I wanted to get a qx80 loaner. I got a qx60. Not a big deal but frustrating

Loaner car was great but everything else involving keeping me informed was horrible. I have known my advisor for years and am quite disappointed in that he never informed me of the status of my car.

Crest is not good. They charged me (my wife, because she went to get the service done) $27 "Hazardous Material Repair Order Fee" for an oil change. All service is free in the first 3 years. My car is not 3 years old. Wheel alignments was also done, but it doesn't need hazardous material disposal afaik. This is pure and simple highway robbery. Never buying from Crest again. It's not a luxury dealership. They just need to sell Hondas.

The dealership was ill-prepared to process the transaction…a cash deal with no additional ancillary items. They were very comfortable taking their time, attempting to upsell other optional coverage, but failed to act with any sense of urgency. I would hesitate to return there.

I would not use this service center again. The people are fine, but everything is WAY OVERPRICED!

I normally have a great experience when I bring my car in for service. But this time was a totally different experience and not in a good way. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning @7:30am for issues with the driver air conditioning blowing hot. No issues doing that. Troy called and left me a voicemail and text that the Freon was low they topped it off and was going to recheck it Saturday morning to make certain there were no leaks. Al was very helpful during this buying process. He kept me informed of what was going on. The only issue was the person who ran my credit, possibly his manager. He refused to allow an offsite pre purchase inspection, and gave no explanation as to the reason why. This dealership failed to disclose rear bumper damage in addition to a cracked trim piece on the trunk.
