From the beginning, Al was friendly, courteous and very helpful. I came in to look around and left with an Infiniti QX60. Al had my friend, a long-term lexus buyer, looking at Infiniti as well! Some sales reps disappear after the sale is completed, but not Al. He called to see if I had an questions or needed assistance. He is a consummate professional and he has converted this long-term Acura sine 2004) to Infiniti.

I can’t say enough good things about Deshawn. My infinity was totaled and I was car less. When I randomly called the dealership he immediately probed to find out what needs/wants and told me what cars he has available. Then shortly after we talked he sent me a video of the car I liked best. I live no where near Frisco, but I plan on using them for future purchases :-) thank you Deshawn!!!
