Already rated 1 start last time, why do I get same survey again?
They wanted $4900 to fix a seat belt light, plus $2500 for other things. This was for a 2009 Infinity that their sales department said was(worth $7500.) I did get a nice car wash however.
Problem was never Resolved, charged me 700 , never refilled windows wash fluids Or antifreeze, loosed the batteries Etc
Took 1 hr 25 min for routine inspection. No car wash. Not going back for inspection next year. Last year it was almost 2 hrs.
Right after serving I have long drive and then started some whistle while racing the car this is second time this place I have again.
My car was not at Crest Auto Group on this date - this request for a rating was sent to me by mistake.
Troy was terrible and very bad experience
Not as expected and service advisor is not proper and lack of explanation what your car needed.
Absolutely HORRIBLE ... They acted as if the loaner car I was given was a prototype. I drive a beautiful Q50 and driving around in anything LESS is unacceptable !!! The loaner was beat up, missing parts and the warning light came on the entire time! The ZakTek was half done
