They had my car for a whole month & a half in their Collision Department, due to my vehicle being stolen & missing a lot of things that should've been repaired from the theft which resulted in me having to take my vehicle back.
2.5 hour wait to patch a tire. They didn't wash it per my request. And the technician didn't reset the flat tire warning, so I drove 2 weeks with that on (fortunately it reset itself eventually). No one told me when it was ready - I had to bug the cashiers. Then 18 hours later I got the email telling me what other services they recommended - they showed low tire tread (2 tires have 7700 miles, 2 are newer from unrepairable punctures). I am getting wind shield washer fluid low within 10 days of getting oil service done. I called and i was told that sensor may have gone bad and I am out of warranty as the 4 year warranty got over 2 months ago. This is where I bought car and based on my previous experience I have not gone to this dealer for service as I always get some issue when I go there which was not existing earlier. i made mistake again
$2200 later and still does the same thing 10 days later
My car was there for a tire repair. However, it also needed to be serviced. I spoke with 3 different people, including the man in charge of servicing my car and my car was returned without being serviced. I have been hung up on multiple times, treated very disrespectfully, given conflicting information, and given the run around about getting my car serviced there. Logan, service manager, was able to handle and deescalate the issue- feels like the only one who cares and takes care of things.
They sold me a used 2019 BMW X1 and didn't do an inspection or any repairs that were needed. I drove it off the lot and the brakes and roters are shot. Have to replace and I e only had it a week.
poor communication, unsure if my vehicle was serviced properly the first or second time as it still seems to be a little off.
Completely overpriced! Got the work done elsewhere for less than half their price
I bought a vehicle from Brandon De Soto in October 2023. He assured me that all their used vehicles are serviced to ensure they are safe and ready to drive off the lot. Mine was neither. When I arrived home a low battery indicator came on. When I notified Brandon he offered to replace it, but after driving it an hour to Frisco my service representative Blake told me my battery was healthy.
