Pricing that was quoted to me, was different when I picked up my car!
I bought my 2017 Q60 from Crest Infiniti. This is the second time they detailed my car and left the inside dirty. I could have detailed it better myself. This visit I had an appointment and loaner car set up for 50,000 mile maintenance. I pulled into the service tunnel and waited 5 minutes without anyone assisting me. I have Infinity manufacturing coupon for oil change, before car was taking into service they have accepted but when car was ready the price was $30 more , NOT Professional approach. Car was not washed as well.
Extremely long wait for an oil change and state inspection. 4.5 hours
Took the car to Honda Dealer and they had identified several missed scheduled maintenance services.
This service was not performed by Crest Infiniti! This is the second time they have reported work being done on the car when it has not been in their service department, or in their possession at all! Crest are crooks and liars
The old leaked from the car into the garage and on my drive way. It has stained both. It was frustrating when I called and felt like no one believed me at the dealership. Finally my husband spoke to the manager and he sent someone to fix it. They took the car back to the dealership after putting in two bottles of oil and putting cat litter on my driveway and in my garage to absorb the oil. They left a loaner car, which was great, but the power seats did not work and since I am short I had to get my son to loan me his car. Ov... read more
The service is indicated by Crest were not performed. The vehicle was there for a spoiler installation and windshield. Absolutely no mechanicals were addressed
