My experience was disappointing. The customer service representative did not follow up with my service and I was left waiting over 4 hours for a routine oil change and maintenance check. I happened to look out in the driveway and saw my car parked and no one bothered to let me know it was ready until I told the people behind the counter that my car was just sitting out there. That service center seems to be very unorganized and no one knew what to do. Wasted hours of my day and not even an apology.

Lack of communication. Service I requested was not performed. I was not informed of additional services needed.
Customer Service was appalling. There are not enough characters on here to write what we had to deal with. No one calls you back when they say they will. Crest had my NEW car for over a week, no one ever called to let me know what was going on with it, I had to call them. They whole experience between Crest Infiniti and Crest Nissan has been awful. So disappointed in their after care and customer service.
This was NOT my car !!!! Was NOT there on 4/30/22. I don't have this many miles on my new car.
The service it self was great. However, this is the second time pick-up of my vehicle did not go well. I paid for my services as usual and was told to watch for my car to pull-up. I waited with a few other customers as cars pulled up. My car was pulled up to the very far right close to the service desk. I couldn't see the back plate to know if that was my car or not. There was no oil sticker placed on the windshield in my car. The tire pressure was not filled up to the max allowable. I have my old oil sticker and a tire warning right now. Who knows what else was missed. I guess I should just trust everything was donee properly, if these easy things weren't, why not. Just sloppy, why pay extra to deal with the dealership. I should go to any chain store. Right???
I never got call to inform me when my car was ready. After I called to get status they told me my car was ready but never sent anyone. When I arrived my paper work wasnt ready and nobody to explain what was done to my car or what I was charged for. I been going to them for while and their service has been declining. Previous visit to my last visit was bad enough that manger offered me feel oil change but it was no where noted in my account. I will never go back to them.
It was terrible. They had my car ALL DAY to look at some electrical issues and didn't even do the main thing I'd brought it there for - to have the oil changed and tires rotated. Then when promised a loaner for the next day so they could bring the car back to the shop, I didn't hear from anyone until 7 p.m. And then I never heard from him again. Unacceptable.
