Not happy with my last service at all. And not planning to return
After spending $1600 my brakes are no better than when I took it in.
All I have to say horrible horrible horrible
They are never prepared with rental car even when yoh schedule it out weeks in advance. My options are to take wait or take a smaller, dirty car which I do because Im trying to get to work. I was sent $2k worth of recommended add on services with no explanation (declined) and had to follow up to ask if my car was ready after several hours of no response. They forgot to call me. Very disappointing when you spend hundreds of dollars for very small tasks (oil change, tired rotation, etc) each time.
Terrible experience. Took my 2014 Q70 in to diagnose starting issues and they charged my $200 plus tax to tell me they didn't really know what was wrong with my vehicle but for the price of $8,500 they could fix it. Terrible!!!
Steering knuckle was damaged with no signs of external influence. I was told that it is not covered under warranty for a car that has 40k miles. I would expect the warranty to cover such part when it fails and when there is no signs of external influence.
Very poor communication between dealership and client.
Call me an will explain. Do your home work. Will never buy a car from you.
