Contacted them about their bottom-line price on a vehicle. Whoever answered the email was very defensive in their response. They tried to contact me again to see if I was “offended” by their initial response. I had already bought something else by then. Pays to be nice doesn’t it?
This was a pressure sale. Three sales people paraded out. They showed me one vehicle and then tried to force a sale upon me. Not the place for me.
Salesman Devin never called me back after promising to find some info on car I was interested in. I called many times and he was always busy and never returned my calls. Terrible customer service
Waste of time going to the dealership. Will not go back. I called ahead of time to be sure they thought I was within range of the payment I was trying to achieve. Drive an hour or more to the dealership to wait 2-3 hours to be told it couldn’t happen.
Sales guy was pretty good. New but pretty good. His sales Mgr? Well, let’s just say that you are a Nissan dealer, so stick to that. They ARE NOT Ford truck guys in any fashion. If you go in to buy for vehicle looks then this is one of those places you should buy from. If you know ANYTHING about trucks, diesel motor, trim levels and suspensions then do yourself a favor and keep looking. Also, make sure to check the Carfax before going in. The sales department strung me along for a week as we were negotiating a deal. On Friday 1/19,Chris (sales manager)callled me to get the deal finalized and advised he would work on some numbers and get back to me. I called the dealership back on Monday 1/22 after not hearing back from Chris and found the car had been sold. At a minimum I would have appreciated a call to let me know the car had been sold or at least counter my initial offer. Worst Dealer ever met. They don't honor the price given on their website. When i called them, they confirmed everything and when I reached there dealership after driving 1 hour, they said price quoted on CarGurus and on their own website is incorrect and they cannot give this car at listed price. Similar issue did happened with some other buyer who had came from Montana after confirming everything with this dealership. This dealer does not has any ethics. I have tried contacting this dealership 3 different times. I got 2 different responses and when I responded, I never heard anything else.
I was very pleased with the original person that helped me until the sales manager came and tried to seal the deal. I had already given my contact info to the original person to contact me when a better vehicle for us arrived. The sales manager later arrived and was very discouraging with his sales tactics and forgot who the customer was. He wasn't paying attention on establishing a relationship for present customers and future customers, he only wanted to make the sale. Very poor representation for customer service.
