This dealer was very responsive, but they tried to make me buy from them by misleading me about another dealership. They said the other dealership would change their price during the purchase process. However, that did not happen, so Crest Nissan was deceptive, which I don’t appreciate.
Overpriced Dealer Addons and Trying to get me to purchase Addons the finance rep stated that he would lower my interest rate If I would purchase more Addons. Also sold me Kahu as a GPS anti theft device when I didnt need it since car came with Nissan connect that has anti theft and gps location. They never explained much just all about how much the can get from there customer at any cost. Worst car experience I have ever had.
I was working with them on coming up with a mutually fair price, when they stopping talking to me and then raised price of the car. I wouldn’t do business with them if I your you, little sketchy bumping price, I hope they have to sell car for a lot less
I put in a great offer for a 2018 Nissan Maxima, they didn't take it and I'm ok with it. Now they won't stop calling me I told them I was no longer interested but they keep calling harassing me. I told them that this car has a fair price (asking top money) for it and I could only buy it if is a great deal from Cargurus only. There are plenty of great deals on cars why pay top money?
Terrible Dealer and Horrible Customer Service!! This is my second experience with Nissan dealership! They do not take the time to truely address your questions or concerns. It appears agents take their decisions or orders from their lesdership for every single freaking silly or simple question you have. I really hate to see squirrelly business these days especially with the internet exposing everything, but I’m going to give my honest review especially after speaking to the sales manger. Well I decided to purse the Titan Pro4X that I saw on the crest website for 44,997. After inquiring about the Titan, the dealership ask me to come and that the vehicle is available. I was planning to come in on the weekend. I checked the site 2 days later and the pictures were swapped out and what was presented at the time of my inquiring is not the actual vehicle that was for sale. Donât bother with these guys. Shady and dishonest people. Any dealership unwilling to let your mechanic see the vehicle is trying to pull a fast one, these guys are no exception. Came in to test drive the truck. The truck was low on fuel so the salesman told me to just drive it up and down the street rather than refuel it. Called about car, they have me an out the door $5000 above their advertise price. When I verified their military pricing, they took the car off CarGurus and discontinued all communication. The car is still sitting in their lot.
