Horrible professionalism with bait and switch tatics. I confirmed this vehicle was available a 8:30PM. I was told that it was available in their inventory. My wife and I drove down the next morning, at 9am and the salesman tells us that they "lost" the vehicle. He claimed that he was holding one of the key fobs in his had and would "go look for it" but he suspects that someone took it out. after making an appointment, I showed up at the appointment time. The sales rep tried to convince me to see other cars. When I insisted on my choice, he came back and said the car has been sold an hour ago. Really!!
Had an appointment in the morning I was told a car was in stock so I show up no car and no sales man even though we had agreed on a time drove 2 hrs to look at this car and 2 hrs back home bad customer service
I definitely should have looked at this dealership reviews. Spoke with shon about price quotes since I knew with all the fees they add it’d add a couple thousand to the total cost. The difference was around 5K but they informed me it was due to taxes which they had no control over but I know how much taxes my state charges. He put it off more on taxes then their fees. Drove over an hour away for a negotiated price and they would not honor it after I got there. Don’t waste your time. They added a dealer addendum on top of the “internet price”.
The one star is because the staff is very helpful. Watch out for exorbitant hidden dealer prep fees, especially “Crest Protect.”Those should always be included in the price, not slipped in after the buying process is started. I can’t trust a dealer that still uses those tactics.
Advertised price was not honored, dealer installed options were another 25% of the advertised price. I felt compelled to give a second star as the were willing to negotiate some of those costs.
Completely waste of my time sale rep tells me the car is available but when I mention I have my own financing he sends me to the manager who rudely says we don't do outside financing. Will never do business here.
I spoke to the Sales Consultant and he was suppose to email me the final pricing once he spoke to the Sales Manager last Friday because I wanted to purchase the vehicle and have it shipped to Austin. However, the Sales Consultant disregarded my request and the vehicle was instead sold the same day. This is not good customer service and failure to live up to their agreement with me.
