I was skeptical about going because I read bad reviews but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I regret it I drove 1 hour for them to tell me the car I had made an appointment to see had sold 30 minutes ago and they proceeded to try and sell me something a lot more expensive and not to mention the 2500 dollar dealer fee they add it’s ridiculous. 0 stars is more like it this place is a waste of time. I came to this dealership with a pre approved offer. They refused to send my information to my preferred lender instead they ran my credit and sent it off to several banks without my consent. I was then lied to about the downpayment amount required through my pre approved lender. Once I asked for documentation stating what they required I got the run around. Worst car buying experience. Kept 700 for a repair on the vehicle even though I didn’t end up buying it. Over stated the condition and put money as a deposit. When test drove found more issues so I backed out.

This place is a rip off. Negotiated a price of $13,500 then when I tell them to send me the itemized out the door price they add a mandatory $3500 warranty. Not upfront with their prices truly dishonest way to do business.

The price advertised is actually 2500.00 less than what they want Its misleading and tricking you to get in the door...then your hounded to buy warranties Had to fight to get the car back closer to the advertised price vir

Initially low balled my trade in value, Wanted me to pay for getting vehicle ready to be sold, the clean up after sale and any expense they encountered. Thought I wouldn’t realize that the price was lower but really you have to add all the extra charges in to get the real price. Eventually they came clean but at that point I had decided I didn’t want to do business with people like this and left.

Price listed is not accurate! I was approved and ready to purchase, until $2500 service contract + $1300 unexplainable dealer fees were added. Was informed that the fees are mandatory and would not be removed! I declined !!!!!

After seeing the car on CarGurus, I called the dealer and set up an appointment. I was in a rental car and desperately in need of a car. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at the dealer. From $16,988 we ended with a final price of around $21,000 with a down payment of $4000. The dealer is adding extra stuff that I refuse. Example $2100 on a tracker that I politely ask them to remove but they argue that it was necessary.
