Every time I make an appointment when I show up it's a complete surprise.. my appointment never shows up on the list.. Almost 2 hours for an oil change from this lack luster service department!

Im not the only customer, however I will never coming back to this location. Very rude, unprofessional and mocking with your accents. Tenner/Tanner and David will not recommend to ask for your service. Save yourself the scummy tactics and lies and go someplace where the sales team doesn't actively try to extract value from customers as much as possible. I have been looking to buy a 400z for well over a year now. I have a 370z Nismo so this is not in any way a necessary purchase. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and overall have been satisfied. However, after my most recent experience I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Long story short. My 2023, Pathfinder is only a year old and has 12k miles on it. It has had some issues from the beginning but finally, the entire transmission went out. Worst service ever. Dont buy a Nissan from here. Also don't get your car services here. I spent $5,000 on repairs. Two weeks later my car broke on the side of the road. Got it towed here. Car sits for 4 days and they still haven't told me what needs to be fixed. Also they told me they have a rental car. Showed up and waited 3 hours and ended up having to Uber home.

horrible experience, was with a credit union they already use, used another one at higher rate, and ran my credit 3 times on top of that!!! shady place first and last time ill ever use crest nissan!!

Do no trust these people. Every car is marked up at least 3,000K. They charged me 3k over value plus my negative equity for a trade in and stuck me with a 18% interest and payment that is drowning me financially just to make a quick buck. By far the worst deal I've been stuck with and now I'm back to make sure it doesn't happen to you. They knew I needed a good deal to help me as I had few options and still fucked me over royally and still almost a year later. I have been trying to reach the finance department for three hours straight & I keep getting declined and sent back to the operator. The only time I reached someone he was very rude and was not willing to help.
