We purchase our tires for our Rogue from Crest Nissan a year go , we were told that there's a 2 year road hazard warranty, a few days ago we got the tire warning , brought it to a Just Tires nearby and they said it can't be patched so we brought it to the Crest Nissan in Frisco this was Wednesday at 3ish , I was told by Lee that they need to process a claim and that it will probably be the next day , waited all day yesterday no call at all , so I called at around 6 PM and was told that it's not ready yet but will be ready ... read more

I had a poor experience with Crest Nissan, and would recommend looking at a different dealership because they: 1.) Falsely advertise prices online to try and get you in the door 2.) Do not negotiate in good faith / will actively try to take advantage of you 3.) Do not respect their customers I reached out to Crest Nissan for a Nissan Maxima quoted at $25,497 including tax and title through a website offer pre-approved sales. Every time I try to fulfill a service I PAID for when purchasing my vehicle, there always seems to be the small print of why its not covered or cannot be done. I have paid Crest Nissan over $30,000, with a large amount of that being warranties and additional coverages, however each visit continues to feels like a burden. I really wish I hadnt bought all the additional packages, because I cant even use them half the time! I requested a manager to contact me over two weeks ago and radio silence...

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I know car dealerships sometimes get a bad wrap but this one blows all others out of the water. I took my car in to be repaired here for a pretty bad accident that took place. I told them that my insurance would not be paying for the rental car and kept calling them for updates almost daily. At one point the service advisor Roy said that " maybe I should just pay more attention and not hit objects in the road" which just made the whole experience far more frustrating. If you want awful customer service & degradation, go here! If I could give this dealership -5 stars, I would. To start, we had been sold a car with almost $1,000 worth in mechanical problems even though we had been told the car had "passed" all of the inspections & services. Do not trust this service department. We have always brought our vehicle here until now. We took our vehicle in as the door handle was starting to come apart. Received the car back after spending hundreds to repair a door handle only to have the lock no longer work on that door. Called to let them know and they asked us to bring it back in. They have a Nissan Murano 2011 for sale I send them a message that I am interested to Buy and Test drive so I went today they called me in the morning that it's ready for TEST DRIVE so we reach at dealership after taking off from my work salesman wait us for 30 minutes then come and told us that this car have transmission issues. Please do not go to this place. If I could, I would give negative star. My experience there was a nightmare and really angered. I went there because they had a car in their inventory that was within my budget (Nissan Sentra) and now I am regretting my decision to trust these shameless people with doing business of buying a car.
