We just bought a Pathfinder from Crest today. Originally worked with Jeff through their internet sales department. Jeff was wonderful! He found a vehicle very close to what we wanted, and agreed on the price we needed to achieve. I've owned several Nissans in my life and this place lives up to the brand. Unfortunately my car had a faulty transmission valve that was recalled and had to be replaced at the dealership so I called to explain and make an appt. They were able to get my car in that same afternoon. I went to the service dept and unfortunately wasn't greeted until I went around asking for the woman I spoke with over the phone. She was great! I didn't know where to start. I inquired about a 2017 Honda Accord -Hybrid. Once I completed the application the sales manager refused to disclose the interest rate (as it was predatory after forcing him to write it down) . He did not want to provide proof of the banks offer or decision. He actually lied one bank not approving just to collect a down payment. called dealership they said car was available and we drove 4 hours while the salesman was in communication of and on thru the entire trip 10 minutes before we arrived salesman called and said it was sold they knew we were coming we had the cash when we got there they didn't even want to talk to us or even try to sell us another car they were rude and assholes and when asked about another car the sales manager blew us off crappy way too run business

I called the dealer to ask about 2 certain cars that I saw on line, they told me the 2 cars are available, they made an appointment for me to go on Thursday, I went there on time First : they told me one of the 2 cars didn't arrive yet.
