Every person I talked to at the dealership were really welcoming and friendly. I do not know who Jeremi Chapman is, Caden Leggett sold us the car. He was personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. Max was also great to work with, he had the service fix a couple dings on our 2019 Volvo we are passing to our daughter. Caden gave me Ally's card to set up service for dings but she did not return my call.

Crest had taken care of my Volvo since it was new 2011. They don’t make this S40 T5 anymore so we jointly love keeping it in good shape.

Jasmin Umanzor was helpful and understanding when I explained we couldn't pick up my car but until Saturday. She was fast getting the paperwork ready for me. Karen was very nice bringing my car to the front (and also when she picked us up at the dealership on April 25 to take us to the airport). After we left the dealership, I noticed that the driver side visor was falling in front of my face as it was before I brought it over to you to get it repaired.
