I would've given ya'll at 5 star but the seat behind me, drive was full of what looked like dog hair, someone didn't do a good job cleaning the loaner. but otherwise everything was good.

Lynn Ford was great as usual. Scheduling an appointment was painful as usual. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the last few years. Each time before purchase I told the salesperson and manager I could only bring them in for service on Saturday and would like a loaner as I live a distance away, I was told that should not be a problem. Each time I call to bring a vehicle in for service, I am told none of my requests can be honored. I purchased a third Volvo, but not from crest because of service scheduling.
