Jasmin was very attentive, polite and customer foscused. She kept me informed of what was going on with my car and when repairs would be finished. She did a great job! I like getting my car serviced at Crest Volvo becuase they treat me like a new customer every time a call to schedule an appointment. Theyn provide a loaner car that are comparable to the car I drive and are very professional.

Crest Volvo was able to fit me in for a same day service for my brake pads. Jasmin was also able to get me into a loan vehicle and I mentioned I was interested in purchasing an XC90 so I got that as a loan vehicle. Jasmin was kind and personable, very pleasant to work with.
