I have not yet purchased from this dealership, but I have had my current Volvo serviced and their service department is courteous and efficiently run. If you’re dropping off before work and have an appointment, they will be ready and have you on your way in no time. Ally is the BEST service advisor; ask for her. I had a 10k mile service done as well as a battery issue looked at under warranty, which turned out to be related to my needing to perform a software update and both times the team got finished quickly. Crest Volvo was very easy to work with, Gavin was very attentive to our needs and did not try to pressure us into anything other than what we wanted. He got us the price that we wanted on the vehicle we were looking at. Financing was also very easy to work with, We ended up with the car we wanted for the price and payment we wanted.
