What great people crest hires in the Service Department! Pleasant, efficient, polite...keeping me informed every step of the way! I absolutely LOVE my Volvo, and Crest is what I would expect and more as a representative of this iconic brand!

Service was fantastic! I can’t say enough about Tyler! This was my first car purchase in 10 years….and I had moved across country so was concerned about EVERYTHING! He was so great!! Brandon in finance also was great about working with me and understanding of my situation. First positive car experience I have ever had in 30 years!!

I would have to say that this new car buying experience has been the best I have experienced in my life time. Nash Abir and Max Caplin presented the highest of respect and professionalism to me throughout the complete process of reviewing inventory stock to the negotiation for the best price for my new XC60 T8 Ultra. I have no reservations in giving Nash Abir and Max Caplin a rating of 10 for an excellent job!

I have bought from several major dealerships in DFW & I have to commend Tim Warner from start to finish! By far the only place I would want to come back to for future vehicle purchases. The process was quick & easy. Everyone was attentive & very kind.

It is easy to get an appointment when I need it. Staff is polite and friendly. Lyn has been my service advisor for many years. I like that the staff is stable and not continually changing. They have always treated me well and taken good care of my beloved Volvo.
