Lyn Ford and Volvo have been taken care of our cars since 1997. What was once Volvo of Richardson is now Crest Volvo. Lyn has been there every step of the way and made sure that every detail is taken care of. They treat customers as people not numbers. I will never take my car anywhere else.

We bought a 2021 Volvo XC60 that was certified per owned and had an issue with it what almost a year. The service department took care of everything and when our car was fixed everything was covered as I was told when we bought it. No hidden charges or saying we misunderstood and telling me it wasn’t covered. Very pleased

I have a 2004 model Volvo. Everytime I go to this dealership I am treated with respect and honesty. The employees are polite and answer questions completely. They get to fix my low mileage old car until it gives out..........maybe I will get 3M miles also LOL
