Great experience! Love my new Volvo. Salesman were great, laid back but helpful. Didn’t feel pressured. Pretty quick process as compared to what I’ve experienced elsewhere.
Friendly honest people, easy to work with. Everyone i interacted with at Crest was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explained options clearly and understandably, didn’t try to tack on any add-ons i wasn’t interested in and really seemed to value my time. Really appreciated how well they took care of me. It’s not my local dealer, but I’ll likely go out of my way to work with them again.
Warranty service After vehicle wouldn’t start and had to be towed the battery was the issue. The dealership replaces the battery which was under warranty. They service team is always pleasant and follows up with me on the issues and the fix.
Now in Volvo Family Great experience in this dealership. Specially Billy did a great job to find our first Volvo. Patiently heard all our needs and explained every bit of details about the car, more than that he know what a family needs and how important is the budget consideration. Overall it’s a great experience.
